(These all tell one story.)

Ambrosia
It’s late by the time Lee makes it back to his quarters. He’s been dogged by memories all day of his mother and Zak, friends from the Atlantia and the Academy. The whole business of settling New Caprica is throwing him. It’s too easy. Something’s not right. He nods to the marine guard and pushes through the hatch.

Then he sees Kara asleep in his rack. Maybe not being on the run is better. As Lee crawl in to join her, Kara rolls over, snuggling against him warm, cozy. Definitely better. He kisses the top of her head and smiles.

DreamsLee Adama often dreams something horrible has happened to Kara. It stared long before red moon, the end of the worlds or even Zak’s accident. It started the first night he met her ( ... )

I love the story you told here-- how Kara didn't acknowledge what she wanted until she went on that rescue mission, and where the two of them are now. So much could have gone better if pilots had just acted.

Oh, thank you.

(I've actually had the picture of the third drabble in my head for a long time and ran with it.)

I love them all stringing together. Sometimes 100 words just leaves me wanting more. This is a nice way to do both at the same time. I think Kiss was my favorite. Her confidence that he's in this too is beautiful.

Actually I love telling a story in just 100 words, such a great challenge, but I feel weird writing a bunch of disconected pieces in a group.

Glad you liked them. :D

I love Kiss... but the first one and the last one seem to be the same.

Ack! How did I manage that. I will post it separately after I rewrite. *bangs head against the wall*

Ambrosia
Kara lets the ambrosia burn down her throat, the tears trail down her cheeks. She knows Lee is standing the door way watching her watch the film of the viper explode again and again. It’s beautiful and comforting, death. Calm and cold. Nothing.

When next she looks over, Lee’s sitting next to her. Even in the flicker of the film’s light, she can see the red mark she put across his cheek. Reaching out his hand, she lets Lee take the bottle, lead her back to the bunk room, kiss her forehead after tucking her in.

Gods, she loves him.

I love these fits and starts to their relationship, each one dancing so close and then dashing out of reach. Lovely!

It's great the way you wove them together into a story. Awww, I melted at Lee tucking her in. Their love had its tender moments along with the punches and the frakking. <3

The ways they take care of each other gets totally lost in their "bad" behavior. When they want they can be very sweet. :)

I love the way you told the story. How it starts with Scar and end with the settling on NC but different for pilots.

Thank you. I love that idea that if just one little thing had changed there would be a whole chain reaction. If only...

Awww. I love that they all tell a story. A super sweet, wonderful story with a happy ending. Yay! I really enjoyed that she thinks about how she loves him in the first one. And getting the view from Sam is great.

I have a girlfriend Lol, ok whatever, Lee. Haha.

Excellent work!
