So I found a lump on my neck...I am pretty sure it is my thyroid it is not immediately noticeable when you look at me but depending on how I turn my head you can see it and it is very easy to find my touch which is how I found it.  Since I spend most of my time in PJs at home or in Surgical Scrubs and a cap I very rarely give myself more then a passing glance in a mirror so I did not see it I felt it right there on the front of my neck at the base right above the breast bone.

Might explain how tired I have been

I have a doc appointment the beginning of next month but until then it is all I can think about and it is driving me up the wall
