The liver is normal in size, configuration and echopattern. No focal mass lesion is seen within. The hepatobiliary ducts are not dilated. The common bile duct measures 0.4cm.
The gallbladder is normal in size and contour. Its wall is unthickened. No intraluminal echoes are seen to suggest lithiases or polyp formation.
The pancreas is normal in size and contour with no evident focal mass lesion. The pancreatic duct is not dilated.
IMPRESSION: normal liver, gallbladder, hepatobiliary tree and pancreas.
