2009 ruh-roh
where should i begin?
first, i received a call from joe and then eventually from charley about her father's (Dr. Chavez) death in Australia (on vacation). The time was a little after 11.
1145 we could not find the fountain that we were supposed to light up. (we only found it today)
1155 blackout due to some dimwats who lit up fireworks near the meralco posts of the street (sausages were uncooked, everything else done)
all the while, it was raining.
