Does anyone know what the pig says in Spanish? In German? How about the cow? I'm intrigued. Yesterday, my Fairy Tales instructor told us that for him, the rooster says {spelling arbitrary} "kikka-rikki". He cannot hear the cock-a-doodle doo in the voice of the morning sentinel.
Same with other onomatopeia. Evidently in German, the onomatopeic term for the sound of someone dropping a stone in water is 'ploomps!'. The word for someone plopping is 'ploomps! klo'.
Yes, the exclamation mark is mandatory.
Heee
I must now fashion hands of silver for my maimed daughter in time for Drawing.
