Update
Work is good, they are giving me a lot more responsibilities, which I like, and I'm finally begining to take on some HR stuff. I'm going to be working with the lady in charge of HR on the East Coast and she will begin passing her work off to me. It looks like I'll be doing more than just take care of the West Coast. They also have me in charge of AR's for the entire company and I'm putting a few plans into place to get them under control. The president of the company wants to meet with me this week and talk about taking over additional stuff to what is listed above and what I already do.
I had my review last week and it went excellent as well. I received "exceeds expectations" on everything. The only negative notes I had were "You're too hard on yourself" and "we haven't sent you out into the field yet, or trained you on any tech equipment, so you are a bit behind." That's all their fault though, I've been bugging to learn that crap. So overall I am very happy with my job.
Home life is good. Tyler and I are our boring selves sitting around the house most days. We will be renting our house for another year, so the Land of Gracious Living will have its token gays a little bit longer.
