It pays to listen to good music.
Yesterday was a rather good day. Two people consecutively noticed my Wipers shirt, and not many people have even heard of the band, so i had a sense of pride for a moment. What really made this cool was the fact that when i went to the smoke shop, i saw a mudhoney shirt, and if any of you know me, you know i MUST have it. So i bought it, and the guy at the register was like so who do you like better, mudhoney or the wipers? I couldn't decide, and he says "the wipers definately but mudhoney is cool too.." Thing is he only charged me 12 bucks for the shirt when the tag said 18 so i guess he gave me a discount for listening to good music xD Then as i walked out a random jogger looked at my shirt and was like "heyyyy the wipers; Youth Of America is awesome" hehe and yes it is, a very good album indeed.
i should really stop making fun of the asian guy at the liquor store; always sayin "thank you my friend" when all he's trying to do is make an honest living and here i am with no job at all. I even told him to have a good day, and i never do that; feels pretty good tho..to be nice.
