back home
so i made it back home today (yesterday). i woke my scrawny butt up at the crack of 8 AM and got on the road at about 8:30 and got here at about 4. Not too bad for the weather being somewhat crappy in ohio this morning.
i pretty much got home, took my stuff inside and started playing darts with my dad. then he was like 'hey do you want to go to darts with me tonight...i'll let you sub in for some of the stuff.' so i went to his dart league and took his spot in the doubles cricket and in the team 601 game. it was pretty nifty. i took the 601 game out for the team. also during the night they did a 'double draw'. pretty much you buy tickets and if your ticket gets drawn you have 1 chance to hit a double that was selected by someone not throwing darts throwing at the board. today's number was 1. so the person who's ticket was drawn had 1 dart to throw at the double 1. and this keeps going until someone hits the double and they get half the pot. tonights pot was 38 dollars so whoever hit the double 1 won 19 bux. that person was me. i got drawn twice and on my first try i hit double 18, (which is right next to the 1) and on my second draw i hit the double one and walked away with my cash. it was pretty nifty. and the pot next week starts at 19...so if just one person buys 1 ticket they have the chance to win at least 10 bux. so its a nifty thing.
hmm..im kinda tired but i told my dad i'd stay awake to make sure he got up for work at 3:45. im so bored though and im probably going to end up falling asleep. being up since 8 o'clock really isnt working for me.
so i watched House tonight. the kid ended up having leprocy and he asked the dr., 'do you have to tell all my friends im a lepor?' the kid was like 12, he probably doesnt know that being a lepor has anything to do with leprocy. oh well...i think i overanalyze some things.
well, i think im done talking for now. i think we are doing dinner with the grandparents tomorrow so i can see them and because my great aunt and uncle are in town (from columbus even though i never see them there...). then maybe i'll go see john or something. Ashley from school is flying into virginia tomorrow to visit her friend katy. i'll probably end up seeing them at some point or another.
