good morning!
I'm bored with nothing else to do, so i thought i'd update this thing. im going to diego next week with my madre, then az to look at property.. it's gonna be a long trip but it will be fun.
i seriously have the best boyfriend EVER! tonight he came over after work and brought me a boquet of flowers(roses and carnations, my favorite!!)and girlscout cookies =o). he also brought over dinner. mmmm... i love him, he's so thoughtful. i feel bad cuz we fell asleep lastnight and we woke up at 5am he left and i know he has to be at work really soon, poor thing =(.
lets recap. bud and i went to disneyland a few weeks ago. it was a super spontaneous decision and we had a good time. we made it down to anaheim in 5 and a half hours from modesto( which is insane) and he wasn't even speeding. we checked into the anaheim plaza hotel which was a hell of a lot nicer than the other hotels we were looking at. no lines and not a lot of people, what more could you ask for? the worst part was that the haunted mansion( my favorite ride) was closed *tear*.i dragged james onto the teacups and he almost made me throw up. it was freezing!! but we stayed for the parade- which has changed tremendously since i was a kid. we also went to huntington beach which was beautiful!all in all great trip, wonderful company.
a little over a month ago we went to san francisco... that city is INSANE . the streets scare the hell out of me and the people are pretty weird. we walked around pier 39, shopped around, ate, and james took me to the aquarium- twas more good times.
can't til it gets warmer.. me and bud are going camping in sonora again. this time NO police, search parties, will be looking for us.. LOL like last time. man that was a disaster!!!! when all of that took place i remember coming back and seeing my face on random trees and lightpoles it was the weirdest thing EVER. it took some time but now me and james can laugh about that. oh and this time we will most likely pitch a tent instead of sleeping on the bed of his truck.. god we're ghetto!! but ehhhhh... that's how we likeeeeeeee it! woo hoo.
about a month ago, my lady friend from the local convalescent home passed, she was 94. i can't believe i had known her for a year. she was an excellent woman. i looked forward to seeing her and spending time with her every week. she was a strong, vibrant woman with a lot of stories to tell. my mom and i love her a lot and miss her dearly. she has touched and affected my life and i will never forget the impact she has made on me. r.i.p miss aurora. <333
