Turns out that the creator of www.electoral-vote.com is none other than Comp Sci prof and MINIX creator Andrew Tannenbaum.
Warning: Site is extremely slow to load. It's been under a sustained DOS attack for quite some time, apparently due to Tannenbaum's pro-Kerry stance. (Interestingly, the GOP equivalent site has suffered no such attacks). You may want to try one of the mirrors, www.electoral-vote2.com through www.electoral-vote5.com.
