NJSP is over...
wow...today has been a really looong day. It started out with graduation rehearsal...tennis...then graduation...then going out to dinner with my family...ok so it was a tiring day in my eyes...
I miss NJSP sooo much already!! I'm glad to be home, but I feel sort of empty...I'm not exactly sure why. NJSP was an extraordinary experience. Last night was especially awesome...but all 5 weeks were pretty good.
When the program 1st started...especially the 1st night...all I wanted to do was go home...and then on the 2nd night we discovered the Iranian frog thanks to Sarah's love for BBC and from then on NJSP has been awesome...the Family was born...and I discovered all the special ppl that NJSP was made up of...and now it is all over.
I learned so much at NJSP, from the teachers and fellow scholars. I got to learn about things I would have never encountered in HS. Some of the discussions were intense...everyone was so articulate...and I just loved hearing everyone speak. I said some things that I definitely did not mean when I was really into the moment (ie not caring about the holocaust), but I really enjoyed having all of those scholarly discussions!!! I miss everyone soooo much and I hope we have many, many reunions!!!
