My dear colleague Melinda is leaving us to focus on her baking business which she is going to do from home. I had the pleasure of trying some of her creations, including cheese cupcakes (YUM), chocolate cake and these pretty little chocolate cupcakes which I brought to Brenda's dinner party.

The other food related news is that a group of boys have started a new restaurant review site called HungryGoWhere. It's got a comprehensive restaurant search engine, reviews, a list of credit card deals which is kept up to date and cooking tips from a proper auntie.
We met these boys (one of them is a mate of Ruth's) and they were notable for their dedication and passion about food, quitting their jobs to focus on this website.
