I think I am a victim of terror.

Everytime I take the lift downstairs I'm terrified that it will stop on Psycho Boy's floor.

When it does stop on Psycho Boy's floor, the terror makes me hold my breath and/or hide behind whoever else is in the lift

Nope it wasn't him! It was some guy I dated very briefly and he thought I was on some Great Eastern marathon poster. But I was really afraid it was PB.

think you'd better start thinking of what to say when you do bump into him. preparation is courage.

yeah, can't you email back with some lawyer jargon around the lines of:

'Thanks for your email. I spoke about your job request to X and X and they said X and X. Unfortunately, I am very busy at work and am not free for coffee or lunch.'

if he's brit, he'll get the hint. from the email, he sounds like a yank.

I'd prefer to say nothing. Since I won't recognise him it's probable that that will be the reaction. But if he says something to me I will need to respond. What expression should I have? Should I look menacing? Should I be bo chup? I
