Genesis I verses 20-23 Evolution

Mar 12, 2011 23:39

20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creatures that hath life! EVERY LIVING CREATURE THAT MOVETH which the waters brought forth! Hey, Creationists what does that tell you? It tells me that the Bible is as spot on as the Police were in the lyrics of Syncronisity II when they wrote "Many miles away something crawls to the surface of a dark Scottish loch." It's just as poetic as the Bible except the Police used a Loch rather than waters. Nevertheless, the key here is waters. Get it? Waters. Where's the contradiction? Are we a living creature? Do we moveth? According to the Bible, as a creature that moveth, we came out of the waters of the Earth.
