I think this was a trilogy (could have been more than 3 boooks)
first book was about a young girl who works as a maid and works her way up until she eventually buys the hotel.
Second book was about her adult life , marriage and kids and her growing hotel conglomerate.
Third book was about her grandchildren taking over the hotel business empire she has built. This is most likely a historical romance I'm guessing
