We have grown up in a society that embraces following the path of least resistance. We have been taught to hide our emotions and take the easy way out. They have attempted to mold us into passive apathetic blobs that only react to punishment and reward.
The cheap easy way often comes with a hard price to pay. We lose fulfillment, we lose the opportunity to grow, we lose the ability to cope with difficult situations, we lose our friends. We cannot further this revolution by avoiding and ignoring obstacles and tough decisions.
This zine is in no way a short cut to collective unity, it is merely a shove towards the edge of comfort and a plunge into the unknown. We will never know the true story of life if we only read the cliff notes.
