[(craptacular) Translation] You's blog entry 2009.01.23

Jan 25, 2009 15:57

I tried to translate You's (of GacktJOB's) blog entry from the other day....utter fail lol I translate too literally XP oh well just practising.

Edit: This is from gackt-and-dears.com. Strange that when I first tried to get onto you's website it didn't work but now it does...why does You have 2 blogs?

Ah...even though I've been studying Japanese for a few years, it's still so bad T_T
This is most likely all wrong, especially the last part where I honestly had no idea what he was trying to say.

[You posted three pictures in the entry]
In addition to the last entry, ah, it's always in black and white. (laugh)
Honestly, as the picture has no colour, the setting is ambiguous.
Because I don't know where I took the picture, it's not really fit to be a souvenier (laugh)
If a person wants to take a picture of something different, something more will come. [1]
For now, I feel I should try to press the shudder. (laugh) [2]
I personally think it's interesting because I thought the lighting was good for taking a picture.
Since I took pictures in landscape twice, this time it's all in portrait.

Notes:
1. I have no idea what the second part of the sentence is...what I wrote is probably no where close lol
2. Again I have no idea what he was trying to say.

Edit (part 2): And I translated the staff blog for fun, also avoiding my homework lol A little easier to translate this one but it's still probably wrong lol
 [A picture of Gackt]
The day before the live in Niigata, an hour and a half from Tokyo by bullet train.
Our arrival at Niigata station, near one side of heavy snow!
Because Gackt went to the bookstore in the station on the way, he bought a book to read for the bus ride. (laugh) [1]
After the big snow fall, we took a commemorative picture in front of the bookstore's sign.
While buying the book to read (something...can't read the kanji) Gackt is facing toward Jouetsu.[2]

1. I don't know why that's funny lol At first I thought Gackt was left behind while he was buying his book but I don't think that's what it is.
2. Don't really know the meaning of this sentence entirely. I tried to translate it bit by bit so maybe I would understand it but really don't....
Well back to my homework lol man I'm wasting so much time.
