Nothing you don't sign up for anything.

See at the top right there, where it asks you to put in a 3 character code?

Do that. It'll count down from 45 seconds. Then it will prompt you to click for a download - soon the box will appear and you can Save As or whatever.

Ignore all the other shit, it's just adverts.

If it doesn't move in 5 minutes try stopping and restarting. The file is valid, it should download fine unless you've been disconnected since beginning your download.
