My son
I know nobody comes here anymore which is probably beneficial for a lot of reasons. Anyway I want to to talk about my son. I have two. Rowan is the oldest and he is such a great kid. I cannot tell you how much he does to try to be good to try to impress me and Susan and just to be such a good citizen and a good person. Anyway he joined marching band which is a pain in the butt because of the football games. He has been very active though and I think it's really great for him to have a community. One of their old traditions is that when you join marching band you get kidnapped from your house. We didn't let them do that. We woke him up and we sat him outside and waited for the vehicle to come. We didn't want them all rushing into our house. Now he is out with his friends hanging out at 4:00 in the morning and he's going to have a great time. What are really cool way to bring people into a community. At first I was even spooked out by it but when I saw his face walking up to that vehicle I knew he felt accepted and happy and he just had a big hug all over him from a bunch of strangers. Life can be good sometimes. We do our best to make it bad of course. We are excellence at sucking. We should all get kidnapped from our house by friends sometime in our life. I think it might make all the difference.
