Ice Cream Update
So my vague resolution to make 52 flavors of ice cream in a year is limping along slowly.
Thus far I have completed 11 flavors so I am waaaay behind. It's more difficult to finish 1 flavor a week than I had anticipated. I haven't been putting ice cream as a priority, though, and my backlog of ice creams on my list is getting longer and longer. A number of people have requested ice creams for their birthdays and I haven't yet completed them.
Once I get the birthday list done that'll add another 8 flavors. I also have my list of Cool Flavors to Try and so far there are at least 10 on there so if I actually buckle down and get my birthday list under control I think I'll be on track to have 52 flavors completed.
I still definitely want to hit the goal so I'm going to start making it a priority.
