one of the all-time best lunches...
what is it about grilled cheese and tomato soup that makes such a perfect lunch?
today, i had campbell's select tomato basil soup with a grilled havarti sandwich. it made me so happy that i had to send a note to my colleague at work that i'm always swapping food stories and recipes with. luckily, his response was not "you're an idiot" but:
"You need snow outside and a runny nose now. That sounds absolutely delicious."
seriously, soup and sandwich is my favorite lunch, but grilled cheese and tomato soup is probably the best soup and sandwich lunch there is.

(note: i was very tempted to replace the y with an n and add an s at the end of that. but my fingers became rigid and would not type that stupidity.)
