I tossed out an interesting question the other night at out Acts Of Faith meeting: why don't Christians have Christian entertainment? Why does Christian TV have to be limited to the whacky stylings of TBN?
The answer is, it doesn't.
We have decided to take a stand and a leap of faith in an endeavor to bring entertainment to the Christian community. And I'm not talking about the "slap you in the face with the Bible" stuff. Projects with meaning and revelation. Something inspiring. Something with truth. Living in the entertainment capital of the world, there isn't one church around here trying to do that. Everyone is afraid. Well, not me. And last week was our lowest point. No longer will we go back to the "what are we doing this week?" questions.
Our church has AMAZING resources. I have quite a few and so does Cory.
This can happen. And we'll make it happen.
