i now have some sort of paneer, korma sauce, frozen peas and artichoke hearts concoction simmering on the stove, and rice cooking. and a pineapple lassi in the fridge, which i am excited about trying. i'm not that big on pineapple, but i suspect this will be interesting, if nothing else. on all fronts.

hmm, what to watch tonight? i'm feeling celebratory. maybe "merlin's shop of mystical wonders".
