(no subject)
put in 12 fizzies or thereabouts, came out with 10. they're all good-sized, though, and w/ the extra oil, packed solid as ROCKS. once they dry they oughta be good to go. and when i rinsed the remainder out of the bowl, hot DAMN did it fizz!
think i'm gonna do another batch tonight. then again, maybe i'll do soap. hmm. i'll hafta check my mix levels. and mix up some frankincense & myrrh!
in TTT, at helm's deep: i LOVE the eyes-only heavenward look the guard behind theoden (not gamling; the other guy) gives when it starts raining. you know that was for real, too -- "oh, fer crissake, not AGAIN." very subtle, absolutely perfect.
OTOH, i find it odd just how quickly all the ents show up and decide to go to war after treebeard finds the burnt-out edge of the forest. ah well, cinematic license.
