ASS.HOLE.
the person in the basement rear apartment has decided to smoke up and blast his music, at 3am. what you have to understand here is that i almost never hear anything from the other apartments. the walls & floors are so thick that they block most of it, which is one of the reaons i like it here. (besides, the street noise more than makes up for it.) and this person isn't directly underneath me; he's down the hall. i'm right over the laundry room. so the fact that i can hear his music AT ALL means he's being a prick.
so i went back and hammered on his door (which is when i smelled the weed), and he's got it so fucking loud that he couldn't hear me POUNDING on the door. no response at all. either that or he was ignoring me, which is a mistake, because i have no qualms about calling the cops and getting him in trouble in a hot second. you smoke up all you want, i got no quarrel with that. but you make me listen to your throbbing obnoxious bass through my floor when i'm trying to sleep, i'll bust your sorry ass for being too stoned to understand consideration of your neighbors.
in a slightly bubble-bursting twist of fate, however, the non-emergency line is not being answered. GODDAMMIT WHY ARE YOU OUT DEALING WITH REAL CRIMES WHEN YOU SHOULD BE HARASSING OBNOXIOUS OVERPRIVELEGED COLLEGE BOYS?!?!@#?!$
