My life is incredibly boring.
It's open day today, which means there are masses of children wandering around outside. I'm currently missing the last of the lectures as I'm hiding in my office working on emails and figuring out what to say over phone calls. The joys of sourcing equipment (my boss evidently wants to spend the majority of the budget in the first few months and wants me to look into new imaging systems).
Other than that, there isn't much news, my friend gets hitched this weekend, there are family birthdays coming up, oh and I'm off to see Darren Criss and Rob Brydon in the same week... someone remind me when I apparently returned to 18?! I'm also going to be in trouble with my physio for not doing my excises religiously like I used to. Hopefully I can cram in enough work to look like I've just been staying steady, generally helps to push it on the day, warms it and loosens it nicely.
Now I'm going to grab lunch then go back to work, later.
