T'was a good day

Saw Harry Potter 7.0... it was awesome. We finally met Bill... major disappointment, a sexy Weasley he is not. Still no Charlie. The Weasley's provided a few points of hilarity in an otherwise quite dark movie. Hermione was quite poignant a character this time, some real heart wrenching moments. Ron got some much needed depth... and lines. And Harry got all sorts of naked. I actually liked all three of the trio in this movie, Hermione and Harry were all sorts of sweet together. Overall a major liking of this movie, and a vast improvement over the last one.

Also just got news that Glee is going on tour next summer, two London dates!!!! I seriously want to go, but this is one of those shows that I want to experience with a friend, so I'll start putting it out there. June 25 and 26, tickets between £45 and £55. Also, Glee has totally swallowed my life right now, all thanks to Darren Criss (of A Very Potter Musical and sequel Fame).

In other fabulous news I have tickets to go see Batman Live. You may think this is sad but I don't care. They're even front row! I never get front row. I think this is karma being nice to me, it's just showering me with joy. Okay, so I've also been pretty ill for like a week, including my birthday, so my karma isn't fantastic, but I still got some nice shiny stuff. Actually today has been the first time since Saturday that I've been well.

I also got the pleasant joy of my ex emailing me on my birthday to whinge about me not wishing them a happy birthday... seriously? I just ignored it on the day and probably continue to do so. Don't look at me like that. I am both significantly younger and the dumpee, I'm fairly sure being a little immature is in my job description.

Also, quick aside, Armstrong and Miller were signing books in town, my gods were they shorter than I imagined. Alas a photo was not managed as an annoying woman moved in front of us as we were taking a photo and they showed up five minutes before Harry Potter was due to start. But still, we were like three feet away. Very cool.

awesome, london, nerdhood, comics, harry potter, music gig, fun, life, annoying, oxford, star moment
