Sweet and hot at the same time! That's quite a feat! I really enjoyed this. I also appreciate you deal with that initial "rocky start." Nothing against "already established relationship" stories; but I generally feel getting there is half the fun. It's not always necessary to go heavily into it; it's nice to get at least a sense of how they got there though and you do this very well. This is a very well written, and well balanced story.

I hope you don't mind my mentioning a little pet peeve nitpick of mine. You are BY FAR not the only writer who makes this mistake. In fact, the mistake is SO common, I think that's why it keeps getting perpetuated. I think people keep reading this word in a certain context and just assume the implied context is correct. The issue is the definition of the word "prone." If someone is lying in a prone position, he is lying on his belly, face down. So, if Jim pushes Spock into a a position where he's looking back up at Jim, I believe you really mean that he has pushed him into a supine position. The supine position is lying on the back, face or front upward.

And hudda duh XD You learned me something :) That's awesome! Thanks for pointing it out, it is a word I've learned through context as has been taken to mean vulnerable, not uh..incredibly flexible ;).
*grin* Feel free to do this to any one of my stories !

Also, that part where you called it balanced and well written? ~<3 Carted blanche in that too ;)

Thanks so much for the great feedback!
