I'm so far behind on everything online right now, I haven't replied to any emails or comments or even turned on my computer for any length of time. I seem to have spontaneously developed a social life and become addicted to Draw Something and hockey, which is really cutting into my internet time. IDK if I'm complaining about this or not? Word on the street was it was the Marvel CEO's call and not Joss', although his documented death-boner is not to be discounted.

And it'll only get reversed if Joss doesn't helm the sequel, guaranteed.

There was no funeral, Fury got the cards from his locker, they're writing Coulson into the comics, HE'S MY OTHER FAVOURITE CHARACTER AND IT'S NOT FAAAAAAAAIR, there was an article that said he was going to be reprising his role in Iron Man 3 and I LOVE HIM.

My arguments are many! And logically sound! COULSON LIVES O.O;

1. Joss only revives characters if their name is in the title
2. Fury is a dick and all for that move but Coulson breathed his last on-camera, this is how Joss lets you know that YES THEY ARE DEFINITELY DEAD (only lacking the tombstone shot you need to add for extra obvious-hammer on TV)
3. The tie-ins can still be pre-canon for Avengers so yeah, I hope there's more Coulson too
4. Apparently he only appears in the movie tie-in comics in the first place :/

You're like one of those people who moves to Lethbridge because they like watching old people fall down in the wind gusts. No wonder I like you.

Still, it's comics. It could've been an LMD, it could've been the start of SHIELD deep cover operation to investigate the Chitauri, or Asgard, or the council or Senator Stern. Stephen Strange could've been in the area and Coulson's now being kept in another dimension learning magic and training to become the next sorcerer supreme. MAYBE HE IS TRAVELING THROUGH TIME AND WAITING FOR THOR TO SMASH A HOLE IN REALITY!

Either way, not dead. COULSON LIVES because I love him too much to let go
