More WoW crap.
Actually, first. I quit my stupid job at the grocery store. I actually just plain walked out with 2 managers bitching at me about petty crap. In their faces, I suppose. That was last Friday. Yesterday, a week later, I had a sit down with an old boss, and I am going to be outright managing my old pizza place. Not too sure if I really want it... its going to chew up a lot of my time, but its good pay. And I suppose if I don't like it, I can leave. We'll see.
Wrath of the Lich King came out last Thursday, and Shannon and I hit it hard. We finished up to level 80 last night, so about a week of solid leveling paid off. Its incredible how much power was given to everyone in those 10 levels, and the new abilities kick ass.
The downside is that the new central city is laggy and buggy as fuck. I logged out there last night and couldn't log back in this morning, kept getting disconnected. Distraught, I started a Death Knight (a new hero class with WotLK, they start at level 55), and got that up to 59. Ran Ramparts about 4-5 times and got a bunch of gear out of it. I called a GM when I started leveling, and they're apparently aware of this Dalaran bug, so they reset me elsewhere... which happened to be outside of Shattrath, which was funny, I was on a whole different planet basically. Oh well....
Been missing FFXI lately. Its hard to go back to a game like that though, I'm far too in to the instant gratification of WoW. The only difference is, you get a real sense of accomplishment on FFXI... WoW just sort of happens. I've never gotten excited over a piece of gear dropping on WoW, but its a lot easier to farm it, so that helps. I'll probably start FFXI again in the New Year, I want to get back in to good end-game... after I finish up the end-game crap on WoW. I really want to finish my bonecrafting anyway....
Thats it for now. Death Knight, Paladin and my beloved Hunter are what they are. FFXI will be back sometime soon, and I'll probably go back to Seraph when I do. Caitsith ruined the fun for me, and I'll fix that. Sleep time.
