DH stuff, but no spoilers
The great Potterdammerung is over, and I'm now basking in the happy afterglow of having thoroughly enjoyed a book. My guesstimate for when I started book 7 is about 2am, give or take the brief snatches I was able to read in the bookstore, and I finished at around 9:44am. The wank about the book is already flying about on the internet, but I've got to say that I'm pleased as punch about the whole thing. Obviously the book isn't perfect, no book ever is, but it hit all the right buttons with me, and I'm happily satisfied with the last installment. Now all that's left is to eagerly await the post-series fic!!! *grin*
