Actually I think the mermaid part of POTC was the best part. I wished they had finished their story instead of leaving it open like that. I wasn't that impressed with Penelope Cruz. Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush were same old, same old. Every time Ian McShane was on I kept thinking 'geez he'd be good as Stannis' and it became kind of distracting. Still it was an enjoyable film. I'd rather a comedy over a drama any day. Looking forward to Xmen as well, especially since James McAvoy is in it...
