Taylor & Francis messed up my AAP subscription, so now I have to trek into the bank and wire them the cash. I'm willing to be someone confused the 'start' date with the 'expiry' date on my credit card.
Amazon.com have taken so long to get a copy of The Universal Exception to me that I'm beginning to wonder why I even bothered with the preorder. They also needed an update on the cc details. Fine, just get me my book dammit.
