Boo New Years
Everytime I try to go to Times Square for New Years, the plans get ruined and I get diverted elsewheres. My cousins told me yesterday they can't make it! So, now I have to decide whether to stay and go to a party and spend lots of money on a ticket, or to just go to Times Square and be on my own for New Years. Damn writing it out, it sounds ridiculous to spend New Years by myself, but seeing as my family that actually lives in NY has no desire to go, and I have no desire to just be in NY for New Years unless I'm in Times Square, well, I guess I'm going to the party. Balls. But, I'd be spending New Years and my birthday with a good friend, and yeah, that's better than just being in Times Square. Why Times Square, why do you elude me so?
