(no subject)
I can finally eat solid food.... yay. Vacation was way too short.
Um, I got into RIT, though its close to the bottom on my list of choices.
My interests have been wavering randomly lately...
I want to draw and I might end up starting some kind of project for myself, on the other hand, I definitely want to play piano but it's on hold because I've been uninspired by my lack of progress (never mind the fact that I've gotten a hell of a lot better recently), that is, progress in terms of gaining perfect pitch (anyone who wants to argue that its innate and can't be learned then I'll say that I had it and it's not manifesting till now, but I'm definitely slowly getting it [its pretty sweet]) and gaining improv ability (in terms of on-the-spot accompaniment). The latter of which is not coming as quickly.
On the other hand, I'm still learning japanese and have set a goal to be fluent by June. (By fluent I mean I can say what I want given a dictionary... in other words fluent grammatically but not necessarily vocab-wise). It's fun although the language makes absolutely no sense sometimes.
On another hand, I made sushi on Friday again and it was really fun and tasty. I <3 sushi. Tony and I got red snapper and salmon and made some sweet rolls, nigiri and sashimi.
On yet another hand, fixing computers was fun at the UCF yesterday.
On yet another another hand, I've been feeling like losing myself in other worlds and escaping reality...
