Looks like they still love me like they always did anyway. I probably deserve it.

I am in the basement reading this and I laughed so loudly when I read that line, that my dad (who is sitting at the bar and rather drunk) thought I was talking to him. And it turned into this yell fest of:

me: "NO DAD, JUST LAUGHING AT SOMETHING ROB SAID."
"HUH, HUN?"
me: "LAUGHING AT ROB!"
"LAUGHING? I WASN'T TALKING TO YOU. I WAS TALKING TO PAUL[the Cat]."
me: "I KNOWWW. LAUGHING AT ROB."
"OH OK. HAHA. PAUL IS A LITTLE ANGEL BUT HE'S TEARING THIS HOUSE APART."
me: "...OK DAD."

So, I thank you for that.
And I don't know why, but I always feel weird turning people down, even on the internet, over a request as small as that. So I will go there from time to time, make a little show, and leave. Heh. Soooo sad. Oh, and they all seem so grungy and punky and 15 again (on the outside!!) STILL...?? And most are in their 20's. Bizarreeee.

And you're absolutely right: all of us meeting was the best thing that came out of even belonging to that board.

The funny thing is that they asked "where's Paula?" or "where's your sister?" I can't believe they remembered that.

Maybe they couldn't find you being that you didn't join the herd like a good British kid and MAKE A MYSPACE. *pffft*
