they hung us from shooting stars [
ao3]
nathan petrelli, 1700 words, pg, spoilers for 4.12
But there are chinks in his armor, holes in his story full of people and faces and things.
(
they will fill you with big ideas, they'll hang your heart in the sky. )
And it’s strange the way they fit together. Or more like the way they don’t really because their edges are sharp and jagged and they will keep cutting each other, over and over and over, rough tear of scrapes and bruises brought to the surface, a cycle reborn completely
Sigh. Excellent writing. *counteracts sadness with baby Pasdar icon*

EEEEEE. ♥ Okay, that is the awesomest icon on LJ. PERIOD. I think we should all have baby Pasdars of our own to keep in our pockets.

PS, I hope this isn't out of line for me to say but the small lightish-gray text on white background is kind of hard to read. I had to switch to black/white style to read the fic (and I'm so glad I did, it was wonderful). I just wanted to mention it.

Hey, not out of line at all. :) It is strange though, since for me, the text shows up pretty dark. Huh. I guess it's the same for the comments, too, right? Maybe the colours show up different on my computer or something? Or maybe it's just LJ screwing with me; it does seem to enjoy doing that. *sigh* I guess I should ask around and see if I'm the only one. Thanks so much for the heads up!

Yeah, the comments are an even lighter gray and in a tinier font than the rest. LJ is weird that way, though, I know that sometimes it looks different on other screens.

lol, oh Adrian and his um, unique fashion sense. *pets him*
Thanks for the info. :) I'll have to conduct a very serious ~investigation~ about all of this.
