Neighbors "Girlfriend"

I have never met someone so mentally "off". I have met and have friends that are mentally challenged. Their actions are understandable, they act and live in this world the best that they know how. The neighbors "girlfriend" has a whole other kind of mental problem. Her actions are so irrational. The only reason my neighbor invites her around is to have sex. She realizes this and freaks out. She is looking for a long term relationship and somehow thinks that she can change a 55+ year old man. He gets fed up with her and tells her to leave (which is a battle). She leaves and then comes back at 1:00am and all of the neighbors doors are locked and after beating on the windows and doors she sleeps in her running car in my driveway. I know his actions are wrong. He invites her back because he wants to get laid. And of course she now has no house to live in, so she crashes at his after the sex fest. He is in denial and says that she isn't living there, but I am assuming that she spends the rest of her time at the bar. He says she doesn't have keys and he is locking the house up every day, but as soon as he leaves for work she is inside the house? I know they both have problems....I have already talked to him about it and nothing changes. I just need something to happen and that way I can call the sheriff and have her hauled off to the loony bin.

I haven't quite explained how she is crazy, but I am out of time....save it for the next post.
