Quests

So, as tradition with the new year I have begun a quest into the most horrifyingly, not talked about, speechless, eyes closing topic ever!  DIETING!  AHHHHH.

Yes, yes, run in fear from this because it is my duty, that I have put upon myself, to lose weight, become healthier, and change my way of life.  I have even stopped smoking!  Why, well for one I am sick of kissing my boyfriend and him making ewing noises, and two its just a bad habit that I no longer need with the list of the ones I already continue to do.  (NO, not that you sick pervs...wink)

I am counting my calories, finding healthier foods, and cutting my portions.  I tell you what, with the way I'm doing it, the foods not bad but it takes a hell of a long time to make my meals.  Somehow I have to eat six small meals a day.  I started eating three.  I am working my way up there.  Also, no snacking.  I am doing well, but it is only day four.  I am keeping positive though.  I have a gym membership and I am going to be working out whenever I have the chance.  Once I get my own vehicle it will be a lot more.

In closing, I don't know if any of you fine people out there have done this or have there own quest in which you have embarked upon.  By I say good luck, and the gods speed!
