[Having just returned home from his mission with Seimei, Soubi left his journal open on his desk as he began to unpack his things. Unfortunately for him, an envelope slipped its way under his door. A red envelope.

The voice is loud, but not quite yelling, and how fortunate, his journal has decided to record it in all in a voice post.
