Acted as a tourguide for AIRUCI today. It's their 2nd annual community day. Basically an open house/lab that so far managed to attract only senior citizens. Because seriously who's younger than 50 would want to come to these events or have the time to do so? I wouldn't! I detested doing tourguide freaking much! Why the hell did I accidently volunteer for this, to have to dress up and walk in 2'' heels and now paying the price !? Oh yeah it's all about the food...which was excellent and delicious, much better than last year. Had some fun time chilling out with my labmates afterwards looking at the professionally-shot photos of the event taken by the crazy grad and helping another other grad put up an erotic message for the other neat-freak grad. All in all it was fun!
In other news, I'm still trying to figure out whether I should take 2 math courses in the summer and pay $133 + $90 parking fee = $223. If I did that I'd only have 5 more math classes + upper div writing + a breadth and thus leaving my spring quarter to go on EOP and possible not getting financial aid 'cuz I will be basically done OR not taking classes over the summer and giving up my chance of traveling abroad. Dammit!!
Lastly, just an update on my current obsession right now...Johnny Weir! muahaha. I want his body! Which is truly sad because I've never ever wished for some guy's body as my own. Well he does have a better body than most of the female skaters. On top of it all he's freaking hilarious! Here are a couple of funny bits:
I'd play "My Ass is Cold." - when asked which song he would play if he were a musician and his skates and the ice were his instruments
I am not a morning person at all. I throw things.
Someone once asked me if I was a lesbian. I said of course I'm a lesbian.
*muahaha he totally said this to get rid of a woman*
Muchos gracias, De nada, Hasta manana. Donde estas tus pantalones.
*hahaha dude these totally were the first words I learned in Spanish. Although he got the wrong verb conjugation there in estas and muchos. Methink he said this to his one-night stand..hahaha*
*sigh* Hilarious (but not hilarious in a mean-spirited way) people will always have a special place in my heart.
