eww. i messed up today. why can i not resist my temptations?!! i'm so angry at myself. sigh* i have to lose at least 20-25 pounds by september 6. is that possible? i'm sure 15 is if i stay determined. ehh...i'm so gonna need all the support i can get. i hope i can do it this time.
so my plan starting from tommorow:
foods i will eat/drink:
-diet coke/diet pepsi
-zero cal tropicana (i read this on someone's lj. thnx =D)
-green tea
-salad
