Iron Man
Yay! I love talking on the phone with Jake. Ok ok so yesterday I went to go see Iron Man by myself. First time to go to the movies by myself! There were 8 other people in the theatre, but if there weren't any I would have been probably been shouting out things to the screen. It would have been fun. My favorite part was when he told the press to sit down on the floor. And I liked how there was a little bit romance but the whole movie wasn't centered on romance. Most movies have romance as a big part. Probably partially because love is one of the strongest human emotions. There was a bit romance between the secretary (Pepper) and Iron Man (Tony Stark).
But okay, right after the movie, I sat in my car (... my parent's car) and talked to Jake on the phone. It kinda felt like he had gone to the movies with me. It's cool listening to him talk about Warhammer (his shipment arrived yesterday).
So no letter in the mail from Visual Communications yet which means I'll have to wait until I get back to find out. grrrrrrrr (more grrrrrrr)
Gotta get back to packing for Colombia. Just have to put everything into my suitcase now... and maybe dig around in the basement to try to find stuff to give to the kids. Somewhere we have boxes and boxes of crayons from Renu.
Oh man! I haven't mentioned that Renu and the boys are staying here! Too bad I'll be away in Colombia. *shrugs*
