Characters: Mitsunari Ishida, Sora, Sagan Yōuji, Uzumaki Naruto, Link When: Evening of Sept 16 Where: Starting by the river over into Credinta Rating: T Summary: Raiding Credinta, again.
A short time later Naruto appeared, walking so fast he was nearly running, towards where Mitsunari was sitting. He was, of course, still a girl and the clothes Sakura had finally forced him into where a ill fit and hung off all the wrong areas.
He came to a halt in from of the other man and grinned. "Hey, you have it all set up yet?" He glanced around their surroundings. "Is it just you and me?"
Mitsunari watched thoughtfully as Naruto walked up. Sometimes he wondered about his sensibilities being off; but he rather thought the outfit Naruto was wearing managed to be both immodest and ill-becoming at the same time. He was suddenly completely sure that none of the time that Naruto spent 'sexy-no-jutsu'ed involved clothing. Somehow he didn't think modesty was high on the young boy's priorities.
"I've got the bomb ready. You know how to set it up, right?"
He pulled out the package and handed it to Naruto.
"I'm not expecting anyone else to show up just yet. I was going to give you twenty minutes to place the thing and fifteen back. Do remember to unroll the fuse otherwise it's liable to go a bit faster. Given that they have plenty of time."
He accepted the package and looked it over curiously, idly listening to Mitsunari's instructions. He'd never actually dealt with this kind of bomb before.
"Uh...I just set it down, light the fuse and run like hell right?"
At least he knows the basic idea. In theory anyways. He nodded to the man's last instructions. "You got it."
"Basicly... Oddly somehow I had for some reason thought you seemed like the type to have already used one of these. Just make sure to make sure the fuse is completely unwrapped and not touching early. Actually it would probably be best if you put it out of the rain somewhere. You shouldn't have to run too fast, that's a fifteen minute fuse."
He frowned sad and morally uncertain, lost for a minute, looking very much like the woman he currently was and all of his years.
"I'm sure you find a great place to use it, but if you could try to avoid getting any innocents in the crossfire it would be appreciated. [quietly]There are enough deaths weighting on my soul.[/quietly] It might not be that large an explosion but it could easily destabilize a house."
"Well, I've used bombs before but they were really small and you throw them towards your opponent to disorient them." He listened silently to the instructions again and nodded resolutely.
"I wasn't planning on blowing it up near people! That would be cruel. I'll find a good place away from people and meet up with you guys later." With that he takes off to find the perfect spot for the distraction.
Youji appeared moments after Naruto took off, hair still tied up in pigtails. He'd walked a long way from the Joker's compound, but he wasn't tired. His feet would have a few blisters when he got home, but he wasn't aware of them.
"Heeeello," he greeted, stopping before Mitsunari and rocking on his heels.
[Sorry, but I'm going to go with the post down below happening before this one. If that's alright?
So Mitsunari is over nervously pocking at the water.]
Mitsunari kind of slumped hearing Youji. He had been hoping to avoid complications if this went poorly.
But the Bakeneko had been here for longer then him and would probably be a good source of information.
"Do you know anything about people sized fish in the the river?" Mitsunari half turned to look at Youji but then thought better of it and turned back to the water.
