We're getting a new toilet!
After many maintenance calls over the last month, someone finally came by today to check out the fridge, stove, and toilet. Tomorrow he's coming back with a buddy to spend about 3 hours fixing everything up.
I forgot to tell him our bathroom sink also seems to have a leak under it, but hopefully I can just leave a note and they will do something about that too.
