Turnaround Time!
First off kudos to lotiel (who prolly won't even see this, cos she never reads her lj!) she came over last week and set up a router for me so my Tivo can now access the internet instead of my phone line and I won't have all those toll calls on my bill anymore! It also had an unexpected but greatly appreciated side effect. Since installing the router my puter has not been getting stuck on my anymore. After being on for a while, my puter would just not let me open IE or Netscape windows. All has been well since the router arrived. **crosses fingers** I'm not technical enough to understand why, but I'll take it anyway!
I am still loving the new season of Sg-1 and BSG! SG-1 has been fun and BSG is just blowing me away! I really need to go and rewatch the last 2 eps again before I try to voice my opinion. It's just ............. go. watch. you will be impressed! Really you will.
Tomorrow I am starting the South Beach Diet. I'm not sure how that is going to go. Weight Watchers is just not motivating me. In the past it worked very well for me, but the last few times I tried it, I just did not keep track and follow like I'm supposed to. I'm hoping with this I won't have to log and track, just eat certain foods. I figure it can't hurt to try. It talks a lot about diabetes and I'm in the high rish category for both that and heart problems. So I will keep you posted. I'm also getting my ass back to the gym. Three times a week faithfully. I had lost some weight, and I'm fairly certain that I did not gain it all back over the holidays. I know I gained some, but my clothes are still a little loose so I don't think it's major.
