Fat club tonight. Joyous. Have so not being sticking to it and am fluctuating between 23/24 lb loss. I want to get to my 2 stone mark dammit. So I've told S that after tonights weigh in I'm back on it again in anticipation for our holiday (should we make it) at the end of September. Ideally I'd like to lose another stone. Realistically I'd be happy with another 7 lbs. Just need to spend some time working out my days food and taking time to prepare fresh stuff. Hopefully anyway. I can but try.
