(no subject)
Sitting here in my dorm room, waiting for Jacque to wake up so we can go to dinner at 5ish. I'm sleepy today. I feel like I haven't slept at all. This weekend was crazy. I had so much homework. But I got it all done and still had time to hang out with friends. Tabatha and Jacque decided to go home this weekend, so I stayed here with Danielle and Ryan. I hate going home. I love it here.
On Friday night, when JJ was at home, I hung out with Danielle and we watched movies. Saturday was Ryan's birthday, so I hung out with him from 12:00 am til about 2:30 pm. He left on Saturday evening to enjoy his b-day with family. Danielle and I did our laundry and watched more T.V.
Sunday night wasn't too bad. Jessica (JJ's sister in law) came to visit with us all day and hung out til midnight. Normally boring night here on campus, what with everyone recovering from hangovers, our floor decided to have a "girl's night". We all watched a movie in our Monica's (the RA) room and afterward went to Applebees to eat. Jessica came with us and we actually had a good time getting to know the other girl's on our floor and gossiping about guys and all. But it wasn't the same as our normal girl's night and it made me want to be home.
Jacque and I want to have a girl's night here SO bad. We thought it might be a cool idea to go to the drive-in on a Friday night and those who want to stay the night with us can. We've talked it over with our RA's and they are okay with it. So check your calanders and let us know when a good day could be so we can prepare.
So tonight I am allowed to stay up as late as I want to. I don't have class til 2:00 pm tomorrow and so I can SLEEP IN! YAY! I don't have any homework and so I don't know what to do with all my free time. Lately, I've been spending a lot of time with the 1st floor guys. I hang out with Ryan all the time and so the hall has become my second home and the guys all know me. I've hung out in each of their rooms and seen every one of them in just a towel...LOL. Generally we sit around and watch football or play video games. I'm learning the difference between PS2 controllers and XBOX contollers along with being exposed to Game Cube on a regular basis. We play Donkey Konga all the time and I am progressing when it comes to sports games like Maddon 06'.
Speaking of football, the Gator game on Saturday was kick ass! Go Earl! He made an awesome sack in the 4th and I got so happy I jumped up and down yelling "I know that guy!" And also, WHOOP WHOOP for the Bucs, beating Buffalo 19 to 3! Ryan went to the game, he's a Bills fan, so I had to make a post about how they got their asses kicked! Not that I am a Bucs fan, GO STEELERS, I just wanted to make it clear to him that his team lost and even worse, the JETS won last night too! Hehe, Love you Ryan!
