Would someone be so kind to fill me in on some new present day bands that have the REAL Rock and Roll sound and potential. By saying that I don't mean list all these screamo/emo/punk bands. I want some real Rock, guitar solo's/edgy sound/great vocals/that kind of stuff Floyd and Zeppelin had back in the day. I know it's hard to find in a Hip Hop/Rap based world these days, but I want to hear some present day Rock and Roll. I just recently downloaded a couple Coheed and Cambria songs, and to be honest I sorta like it. Even though the vocals are a little high pitched lol. So if anyone knows any bands like that fill me in.
AC/DC once said "Rock and Roll ain't noise pollution, Rock and Roll ain't gonna die" wonder what they think now.... :o
