This weekend was wonderful. London was faaantastic, and surreal, and everything went amazingly! I spent all my money on new sunglasses before we left manchester - oops. But SO worth it. We went to see Journey's End at the Comedy Theatre and it was the saddest play I've ever seen and I cried and cried. And then we met up with Toby and Sam, who'd come all the way from random places on hot airless trains to see us, which was sweet, especially since we could only talk for about half an hour (because of stupid teachers and their stupid meeting points) but they didn't seem to mind.
On the train back, Ric Lipson was in the next carriage! Weeeeeird, since our original plan had been to meet him anyway, so we sat with him and he showed us his course stuff and all his designs - wow.
Today: beautiful day, and so after Em came back from her driving lesson, we went out for lunch in Altrincham and then to the Axe and Cleaver in Dunham for dessert, mmmm. Went to visit James as well, who was so ill that it made me want to cry, and oh I hope he gets better soon.. The rest of the day was all about sun, guinea pigs, Charlie, smoothies and a fit vicar.
But now I'm in a crappy mood because I'm home, my parents are being nasty for no reason, and I have a big pile of latin to do. Bloody sundays.
